The most USELESS bank and branch!!!! Firstly, to catch them open is already a miracle. Secondly, there is NO order in this bank. Everyone just sits where ever they want, no queue and nobody to advise where to wait for the service you're there for. I approached a "consultant " who was sitting with his headphones on, to find out where I should wait..and he said....."anywhere there" pointing to the general area. I asked how do we know whos next in queue, and his answer was "I dont know, I just got here" at 1pm!!! The branch manager was unavailable, locked in his little office. I am appalled! I then tried calling the branch to find out if they still have my Natis document there, and waited over 15min on the phone to be answered before just giving up. I am at my wits end, i want MY document and cannot access it.

The last Friday of November 2025. I arrived at the branch at 12:23. Three people ahead of me in the queue. I only got out there at 14:45, two hours 20 m8nutes later. Only one person assisting clients. How does any organisation of this magnitude believe that this is acceptable customer service. Really disappointed in you ABSA.

Mark Ahmed is the MVP at this absa branch wow. What a hero. He sorted all my banking problems out. He knew just what to do. Do not let this man retire! He’s irreplaceable! Promote him!

Two people in the bank with quite a few customers. Pathetic. I left without picking up my card. Last time, I sat for an hour, and the lady did exactly the opposite of what I needed done. Now I can buy anything as I have to wait for more than my lunch time to get it my card, causing me to go multiple times and just leave again when I can't wait any longer. I am closing my accounts as soon as I can. I honestly don't know why the branch is even here. Useless!!!!!!

I see 4 people working on the floor but only one person helping. Service is very slow
