Service is definitely not on point. I waited at 20 minutes for a consultant who was unable to assist as I needed to speak with the specialist so it was a further 40 minutes of waiting until I couldn't wait any longer and had to leave. The disappointment is when I informed the consultant who saw me first that I was leaving she gave me a very positive thumbs up without offering to take my details and have someone call me.

Foreign exchange: How can someone spend 1hour 30 min in the booth for foreign exchange? How many people you can serve per day? ABSA century city surely you need to up your game. Your staff don't bother at all. They are fine seeing elder people sitting for long.

If you can avoid using this branch, do so. Very unprofessional and unethical employees. Sad part is that they're considered a big branch and people are referred there from other banks.
