Very slow service.There were only 2 consultants at the customer care counters,resulting in an extremely long waiting time.They are also closed during loadshedding so check the loadshedding schedule for Woodstock.

Worst service, I went there for a loan, even though I was qualified, the guy who was trying to help me said he's going to submit loan application but different give me application number or anything and said will phone me tomorrow, but next day when I phoned on help line there was no application were submitted on my name or anything else like that. Staff need to understand Clients situation and help them accordingly.

Worst service. Slow and more slow. They have more equipment than staff. 🤦. Each staff person is nice but when a bank is this slow, that niceness means nothing cos all you become is very irritated and annoyed by how SLOW they operate. Geewizzz.

It doesnt take a lot of effort to change the opening times. I took public transport at 6am to arrive at 8am on a Saturday, i thought to arrive early is best because banks get busy on the weekends and month end. Only to find that they arent open. I waited a half hour and nobody was there

The two ladies working at the customer care desks are always friendly and helpful and know their products. I have always left the bank feeling satisfied when leaving .
