First home buyer here and recently got a home loan through NAB. Walked into the Salisbury branch this morning and had a wonderful experience. Dale Rodrigues is the man and provided me with lots of wisdom and helpful advice setting up my home loan account. Very professional and a great bloke! :) Cheers, Rick 🤙

Nab Salisbury is a meet and great not a bank transaction!! Expect to stand in line minimum 20mins not even kidding.. don't say you weren't told..

Didn't think it possible, but this branch is getting worse. Doesn't matter what time you go in, wait times are out of control. Won't open a second teller until que is almost out the door. And it's not as if there aren't any staff available. Just look at the number of them just walking around. Utterly pathetic customer service

Absolutely pathetic Ordered my money 4 days ago, got out of my sick bed to withdraw my money only to be refused as the “Manager “ decided I didn’t give her a good enough reason for my withdrawal. It’s my hard earned money why should I have to justify myself? So my withdrawal was denied. After over 50 years of banking with NAB I will be closing down all my accounts and so will my family Thanks for nothing
