Great Customer Service! The lady that served me, Karen, was super helpful and helped me deposit money easily and was quick about it, and she was super helpful giving me tips on how to make it even faster next time I came in. Honestly shocking to see all the negative reviews on this place, when every time I have been there it has been an amazing experience 👏

Worst experience ever as I went to nab ATM at Prospect and I have to deposit my money into my bank account as soon as when I put my money into the machine it start counting and after a minute, it says you’re note is fold and I thought they give me one or two note backs because it can be folded right but they give me $400 back one by one of $50 and the remaining of $1200 they never return me The machine just says transaction cancel total i put $1600. They give me just 400 back than i called to the customer care and they say this could take time . I have to wait at least three weeks for my own money why i have to suffer that as i can notice while reading the reviews that thing happed with another customer why this thing not repaired why worst bank experience ever although I don’t even wanna give even 1 star

My issues with the branch manager still remains unsolved. I have left Nab and will be closing all of my accounts, all because this branch’s manager. I was hoping the complaints team will do something about it. The reviews on this branch is evident to prove my point how most people feel about their experience here. Attention: Regional Managers Please have this branch manager to retrain ethics conduct and get her to start from basics again under supervision. I hope others won’t go through what I went through because of her ego.

I’m an existing customer and asked if I could open an account for my son. The man seemed annoyed and said “we close in twenty minutes. Make an appointment.” I understand that I’d left it a bit late, and now realise that twenty minutes isn’t long enough to open an account, but my son is in school (he’s only 9) and wanted to be there when we opened the account. If the man’s manner was more patient or kind because he was dealing with a potential new young customer, I would have made the appointment. Instead, I went to a different bank and was helped straight away. Just a different manner might help?
