Recently applied for personal loan here. They process them in branch so you can communicate directly with the lender rather than some back office call centre who are often impersonal. It takes a bit longer to get an outcome but its worth the wait because their rates and fees are very competitive. Was able to apply online and finalise my application in branch unlike other banks who often send you to broken links online. Money was in my account within the hour after signing loan contract.

Great customer service! We were directed to Adam to create a new savings account and he was very welcoming and helpful. He was also very accommodating and friendly and even made sure that the customers waiting in line were not feeling left out.

Needed some notes for coins exchanged for a small business. Champion staff member in training did so with minimal hassle despite me not being a Bendigo customer. Unlike Commbank which made me jump through hoops with no positive outcome.

They seem to never answer there phone calls. Been trying to call them for a few days and the phone call always has they are busy and to leave a voicemail and they will try to get back to me in a business day. I’ve gotten a new phone and can’t get my access ID so I’ve got no access to any of my money & accounts.
