Contacting to apply for a card, open an account is very difficult and slow.. The staff doesn't want to serve customers.. It's funny to see.. It's like they don't want to work but want a salary.. You have to call the center directly to have the staff at this branch come to work.. and welcome customers.. Call to book a time and book again.. Really strange.. and the service is the worst.

Went in for a quick need that could not be handled online. Two cashiers, each serving a customer. I wait for ten minutes. One of the customers is done and I am the only customer waiting. Noon is approaching and it is obvious that I’m the only thing between cashier no. 1 and his lunch break. He goes to lunch without paying me any attention as I try to make eye contact. What an attitude to customer service and work ethic 🤨 After waiting five more minutes his colleague provides friendly service which boosts the score from one to two stars ☺️

Very non seriously and incompetently. I have been there 4th times and still can’t get everything)))) After 5 weeks I figured out what they lost copies of my documents, but I was there 2 times before and asked them about my case. They made new copies of my docs. After that, I received a card with an incorrect last name! There are only 6 lettersers. How can you make a mistake?)) they Forgot to give me a pin calculator for internet shopping, but I said them about it. Now I am forced to go there for the 5th time to decide finally all problems with my bank account. Very disappointed!

Seems like the service is very unfriendly to those that don't wear a suit. Better dress up great if you come here...
