going to change banks now worst bank imaginable has blocked my account even though I have over a hundred thousand in the account. customer "service" does not exist. Either it is a 42 minute wait on the phone at the customer center with "personal service" or they are overloaded and ask me to come back at a later time. -In other words completely unreachable. when logging in that does not work I only get the answer "You have no active contracts. And get in touch and we will help you which they really seem to want to avoid at all costs
Do you remove reviews that have given lower ratings? I wrote as wesseboyman a few years ago when I worked as a good man. Is that true or not?!
Not updated opening hours online, should be open 10-13 for drop in but refers to booked visits only. Not very friendly service.
Terribly bad service! Absolutely do not recommend it! If there were minus 5 stars I would give -5 instead of 1.
I don't understand why Nordea bank closes at 1 pm in several municipalities? I want to visit the bank but never have time :(
