You can not call the Branche to get an appointment, but once I got there they told me, that I needed an appointment to open a bank account without a swedish personal number. But I could not even get one while I was there and they could net even tell me how I would be able to set one as you can not call them. Additionally the person at the front was just pure incompetence and could not answer a single one of my questions, without running to the back and asking someone else. Absolutely terrible bank
This agency try to block us from knowing its very few open hours..
Imagine walking into a BANK and you can’t open a BANKACCOUNT.
I waited at the door for 15 minutes. No one opened it. I don't understand why there's a staff call button if no one cares.
