Super happy with opening up an account at the Solna branch! I have previously called the customer service and they suggested I come to Solna instead of downtown Stockholm as it would be faster. I had all my docs, havent booked an appointment but simply walked in (i came at 11am — I recommend you come at 10am when they start as it got much busier later), waited a little and then it was very straightforward. Many many thanks to Oscar at one of the customer facing booths who was very helpful, prompt and professional! It’s truly commendable how many people these customer-facing reps help per day, without even any break in between so really great job that has to be applauded 👏🏼 Note that it was nothing like what i’ve heard it would be (tedious, lengthy, etc) and I think my good experience should be highlighted! After going to swedbank and being told next available meeting wasn't going to be until 4th July I came to this branch of Nordea and Goran was able to set me up within 30minutes. Process was uncomplicated and Goran explained everything very clearly. Not usually one for reviewing banks but he was a great lad and was so happy with his service felt compelled to leave a review

Terrible is the most polite word i can use. I called customer service and confirmed if i can open an account in Nordea without a Personnummer or Coordination number, they confirmed I can, however with some conditions. I booked an appointment and waited for 12 days and visited this branch and the dude at counter #2 refused straight away!! He said “we don’t care what customer care told me, he cannot open an account “ Sad part is i am working for Nordea through a vendor company and showed my ID Nordea ID card. He didn’t even wanted to see it. Terrible dude

The process of opening a bank account at Solna branch was incredibly smooth. My customer service representative Oskar was super helpful and attentive, addressing all my queries promptly. I’d advise to visit the branch before 12:00 though as it can get quite busy after. I highly recommend Nordea Bank for their efficient service and friendly staff!

I have visited this bank office and my experience was wonderful. I needed to get an appointment to open the account. The representative Arvin Behbahani is really wonderful guy! Everything was so smooth.
