The worse customer service experience have had so far. I visited this bank today for openning a bank account facing a problem and tried to connect with the support team but could not get any help at all, the support agent was unable to give me a viable solution. Customers have expectations from a company’s support team but sadly today the supper agent left his desk 30 minutes ( Desk 01) and disappeared until we left the bank. Despite presenting a valid Swedish ID, residence permit and other documents, still he refused to open a bank account. Unreasonable reasons, clumsy and inept support agent.

Very disappointed…. Please change the staff.. they talk each other. Client just wait there…my friends recommended this bank.. beaus I’m nee in Sweden.. I never recommend to people and friends this branch poor tarinen… my wish is I’ll give Zeros star.. my bad luck is there no any options…

The service was extremely disappointing—it's truly unbelievable. The level of customer service was nonexistent, and all employees should reflect on their standards and take pride in improving.

A regular Swedish Bank. Robs you and can't afford to hire enough customer service. Only open 3 hours a day, right when it's the most inconvenient.

Very helpful and cooperative. Loved their service.
