And then you're surprised that customers go to online banks... 30 minutes on hold hoping someone will answer. Only to hear a message at the end saying "thank you for your call..." What could be the strength of a branch (vs. an online bank) is the personal touch and attentive listening, but apparently that's too much to ask.

I'm very satisfied with my branch and my bank advisor. I received a very warm welcome and excellent information.

As a long-time customer, I strongly advise against using this agency. Customer respect seems nonexistent. For two months now, I've been trying to resolve an issue with my account, caused by their error, resulting in repeated withdrawals. Despite a phone appointment scheduled by my advisor herself, I'm unable to reach her. I constantly have to chase them to get information and get things moving. This is simply unacceptable.

I am very satisfied with Banque Populaire's home and other insurance; they are efficient and responsible. I recommend them.

I came with my partner to pick up a bank draft. The woman on the left at the reception desk gave us a very warm welcome and was very friendly :-) When she left to have the document signed by her supervisor, I politely asked her colleague on the right at the reception desk if I could use the restroom. She asked if I had an appointment with an advisor, and I replied that I didn't and that we were with her colleague to pick up a bank draft. She then told me that I couldn't use the restroom without an appointment. I then explained that I was pregnant and in a great hurry… she still refused me access to the restroom because "we don't have any public restrooms here, Madam." I should mention that I am indeed pregnant, and it's quite obvious…
