The Banque Populaire in Poissy is by far the worst bank I've ever dealt with. I've been trying to close my account for over a year: no response, no follow-up, no respect. The complaints department is simply nonexistent. This bank is like a trap: it's easy to get in, but they never let you out. Catastrophic management, total contempt for the customer, unacceptable practices. If I could, I'd give it zero stars.

Since the change of some advisors, this agency is running wild, the advisors do what they want, answer when they want, nothing is simple, everything is complicated, a real anarchy, result, we close our accounts, thank you goodbye.

Having been a customer of this bank for two years or more, I was unfortunately the victim of credit card fraud. Too bad for me. The problem is that I found myself facing this situation entirely alone, in the sense that neither my advisor nor the emergency call service were able to cancel the fraudulent transactions I had opposed and disputed within 24 hours. Basically, I was a victim of fraud, my bank account was depleted, and I was left in the lurch. Furthermore, my file was processed within 24 hours, with accusations of serious misconduct.
