This bank is completely unreliable. I had a major problem with a bank draft from abroad in euros. I specifically called the bank to confirm they would accept the draft. They assured me there was no problem, but once I went to the teller window, they refused a €260,000 draft from an apartment sale. I subsequently closed the account and switched to CIC, which accepted the draft without any issues. Furthermore, they offered no apology, and the manager didn't even bother to call me! Avoid this bank at all costs.
