First time I'd been there this morning because they were having trouble with the ATMs downtown when I made a deposit. I went in at 9:30 to deposit €250 and was greeted with a sigh. I said hello twice, but got no response. I must have interrupted their coffee break, even though they'd only started work 30 minutes earlier! A little tip: don't speak too loudly because when you're going around to deposit the money, you can hear everything. All your stories, and sometimes it's annoying. And to top it all off? I noticed a €250 deposit credit and another €200 credit on my bank statement this evening. In short, nothing beats the downtown branch! A little training wouldn't hurt them.
At the Banque Populaire in Buchelay, I was listened to and understood by Sephora, who is an advisor. A huge thank you to her for her professionalism and kindness.
