Unbelievably terrible experience. They didn't come to me at the counter, but had to shout at someone who hadn't left their desk to open a savings account. The person who handles savings accounts was on vacation. (Hello... this is a bank, right? It's not a difficult question.) I left my information and phone number and then heard nothing back. I have absolutely no confidence in this bank.
