Hopefully they gave my money back but Do NOT register with this Bank via online (‼️) because of nothing will work ( cards , mobile banking , online chat Support )

I was "helped" by a very unfriendly woman. When I asked a question, she absolutely yelled at me, saying, "I just explained that." I'm sorry I didn't immediately understand the unfriendly explanation, but lashing out in that tone is simply unacceptable. When I mentioned it, the woman snapped at me, "Have a nice day." A very unprofessional employee. I've been a customer for over 60 years; I've never experienced this before.

Last Friday, I was shocked to discover my bank card was missing. I called Zoetermeer!! And the gentleman who helped me was so helpful and calm. And I just received and activated my new card!!!!! I'm almost 84 years old. Thank you so much for the help.

My application took six months. While I waited, I received only vague and unclear answers, too little information, and I knew for a long time that I wouldn't be accepted as a customer. (I'm not from Ukraine, unfortunately.) Even when I asked a question, I received another nonsensical answer. Very disappointing and annoying. I definitely wouldn't recommend Rabobank. Good luck choosing!

Very hard to reach; if you call around 4:30, they seem to put your call on hold until closing. Great when you need support during your vacation abroad.
