It's a really nice place to wait. But it gets tiring cause there's not a lot of order in this branch. People are just on their phone or deeply in conversation that no one will take care of new customers. I was hoping much more professionalism from such a prestigious bank.
I'm shocked with high level of work this place. I was need to come twice to reopen bank account. And asked to change my address. Was waiting more that 1 week for card. And..... They was send my card on the OLD address and was not delete it from the system
The team is this ING office is very unprofessional and unhelpful. It is better to close the office and replace them by an online service or an AI-assistant.
Extremely helpful staff, easy and quick to set up a bank account, much better than other banks I've tried in the Netherlands.
Mixed experience at ING bank 🏦. Some stuff are very knowledgeable and friendly... Some are not good. So if you non Dutch speakers careful.
