One more of those unpeople banks that want to look like a cozy hotel lobby without staff, without functions, without information, tellin you "you can do eveything on your mobile". Well, nopr. I want professionalism, accountability and BANKING servives from a bank! I will not be sending to an unpeople, faceless bank my money through some app.

Went there twice, once to open an account, second time because I had issues activating my card. Both times, the people who worked there were exceptionally friendly and solved my issues within a very short time. There was a little bit of a waiting time which is normal when you don't have an appointment, but instead of waiting in a queue, you get to sit in comfy chairs to wait until they call you, waiting time wasn't longer than 10 mins for either occasion.

Popped in here on Saturday morning to open an account for a mortgage. I have a complicated nationality situation and was bracing myself for a difficult conversation. But it went swimmingly. Everyone in the branch was kind and gracious and it really made my day! Next to me a lady who lost her bank card was also being dealt with with understanding and patience. Lovely bunch of people.

Super sweet when you are opening a bank account but super rude when you go there for other reasons. There was a problem with the cash deposit machine and the teller was really unnecessary rude, giving bits on information instead of telling me straight away "there's another machine on the corner" (at the beginning she just said "outside", yeah, thanks). The guard tries to be helpful but doesn't know too much, but for sure is way more kind than the better paid people at the teller.

Mortgage terms was poorly communicated and every agent has different advice. Very unhappy with their service.
