Close 15 min before opening time, traveling here all the way for nothing..
The worst bank ever, The costume service is the worst possible, in many situation I needed it there was no help, card blocked when I was abroad and they asked me to go to a physical banc to unblock it (???), they cancel my limit without any reason etc...
You get the best attention here, fantastic staff. Wow. So good. Super satisfied. Marian and Sim speak German.
My 75-year-old mother was treated rudely. If you bother to report it through the website, you're promised a call within two business days to resolve the issue, but then you never hear anything back. It's so sad.
On October 12, 2022, around 12:00 PM, my boyfriend and I were at the bank to resolve a debit card issue. We received excellent help from an employee; she was incredibly friendly and kind and resolved our problem very quickly. Very positive impression.
