I agree with the bad reviews. If you are an ING service point, how can you have an employee one time and not the next? I’ve been coming by for 2 days now; the first time I was told we were closing at 5:30. The next day I was told no one was working today because it was busy and they were short on staff. Then don't pay people off, or hire two.
And once again, INGB has stolen €5 from my account, as it does every month. Turns out INGB is a criminal organization. I should close my account and throw it in my safe.
Extremely unfriendly staff. Every time I've been there, the staff has been rude. I WILL NEVER COME AGAIN. IT'S REALLY UNCONVENIENT THAT CUSTOMERS ARE NOT ASSISTED AND ARE TREATED IN A DIRTY WAY! You don't even deserve one star 😡
