Unprofessional bank, unprofessional legal assistance insurance. I've been insured for years, and now I've had minor problems since July of last year (2025). I filed a report, but I still haven't been called back. Money is debited from my account every month, but I don't get any service for it. I'm simply being ripped off by Rabobank. They're simply a scam bank. Sometimes when I call about it, they ask other questions that don't belong in the conversation. And sometimes I get a call from Rabobank out of the blue, and they ask if I'm satisfied with us, and they just talk for half an hour. I don't think they have anything to do, so they just harass customers. When are you satisfied with Rabobank? You should close down because you can't do anything for these people. Just close down, it's much better.
