Shekia Taylor knows what she's doing. I needed help with a bank error that I was unable to get fixed over the phone. She was patient, listened to what I had to say, and took a personal interest in helping me. She's a gem. I would recommend Shekia to any of my friends and colleagues in need of banking services.

Usually, I expect lower quality of service when it’s a company as big as Chase. However, the team of Bonnie, Naira, Sadik, and another associate were able to solve my online account issue that the 800 support couldn’t solve. The 800 support kept ping ponging me to different departments, but luckily, the team at Chase Astor Place were able to rectify the situation and keep me as a customer.

Colin Hu a Relationship Banker was incredibly rude and unhelpful person to speak with. I highly recommend you do not schedule any appointments with him.

As chase popularity has grown the customer service has plummeted. You can’t get anything beyond the most basic level of service. Even as their top client, Private Client, with over 6 accounts, if you ever need something, a document notarized, a transfer made, an account made, the answer is No sorry. This branch and all the branches the same. I’ve had much better service at multiple competing banks.
