not very good at picking up the phone. or answering emails. or in person meetings. nobody knows what to do you just get bounced around and they drag their feet and stalk for weeks. insane when youre literally giving them money.
I highly recommend Anthony Shaw, one of the Personal Account Executives. He helped me get a loan. His thoroughness and focus is very comforting when dealing with financial matters.
