Chase Bank 180 Canal Street Manhattan

We recently had the pleasure of working with Daniel Liu at Chase Bank to obtain a cashier's check. Although the process took three hours, Daniel's professionalism and exceptional service made a significant difference. He was not only patient and kind but also demonstrated a genuine concern for our needs. Daniel's ability to explain complex banking procedures in simple, understandable terms was particularly helpful, and his welcoming demeanor made the lengthy process feel much more manageable. Accidentally walked into this branch instead of the other close by one for my notary appointment. Benson was really nice and told me I could come back if they couldn’t do it for whatever reason. The other branch told me they don’t notarize on weekends even though you’re able to book a appt for it through the app. Ended up going back and was then had to ask this old lady instead that was extremely rude and condescending. Lady looked tired, unwilling to even greet customers at the front, and unprofessional. Told me they also conveniently don't notarize on the weekends, even though I was told 10 minutes before that the notary was there in person

This might be the worst Chase in all of NYC and that's saying a lot. The "relationship bankers" goal here might just be to make sure you have no relationship with Chase after... Went in to see if I could open an account for my daughter and greeted at the front by an older lady (maybe she didn't have a nametag on for a reason since I see her mentioned in other reviews) with "you don't have an appointment you can't. I get it, but got no offer to book an appointment for a later date or options, literally just got turned away rudely

Went to open a Checking account with a mail in promo. 90 days have past and bonus wasn't deposited. Contacted the bank and was told the banker who opened my account is on vacation and there's nothing they can do. Tried calling Chase and was told the same thing. DON'T BANK WITH CHASE!
