Jasminn took care of me and she was awesome. She was patient, kind and efficient. Looking forward to seeing her again in the future. It’s refreshing to have a nice interaction at the bank.

Been going here for a while for my everyday banking needs. Everything’s been fine can’t speak as to why there are so many bad reviews.

Worst ever online banking experience. If you’re foreign national who worked during season in USA and want to do a wire transfer once you’re back in Europe its simply not possible since they require SMS verification with your USA carrier which doesn’t work in Europe so you can’t confirm transaction. No international support chat or email option and the help phone line is wildly expensive. I hate how stupid and complex can business solutions of this bank can be and I have no idea how they can stay competitive on the USA market. This is the only bank I use and I hope other banks are better than this one.

Claudia left me a mysterious voicemail in the middle of my work day saying she needed to get ahold of me for something urgent and I have called back multiple times and no one picks up and I just get transferred to the main Wells Fargo phone system. So now I'm just extremely worried and can't get through to anyone. WTH? Leave a DIRECT NUMBER that goes to voicemail or send a DIRECT EMAIL. Don't just tell someone there's an urgent issue and give them no way to get in contact with you and make them waste their time at work trying to reach you over and over.
