I had an excellent experience working with Robert Gallego at Chase Bank. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through opening both business and personal accounts, explaining banking and investment options clearly and thoroughly. His patience and guidance really put me at ease, especially during the process of setting up my business. I highly recommend Chase Bank and their staff — especially Robert — for anyone looking for trustworthy and attentive banking support.

Top tier service by everyone here. I was kindly greeted by the staff and asked for a walk-in appointment despite not having one scheduled, and was set up with Anthony in 5-10 minutes. My man -thank you for the help. Anthony was able to set up a new checking account with me despite my complicated situation (having balances associated with charge-offs from a previous Chase account) and waive the charges for now. In contrast, at a branch in LIC, the relationship banker there told me I needed to pay all the balances to open an account! Anthony also offered to help me get set up with applying for a Chase credit card and next steps for ensuring success in approval. Highly reccomend.

Anthony was so helpful and kind. My spouse and I left relieved that we took care of everything in less than an hour.

I love the people at this branch. They were the only reason I extended my relationship with Chase (ok, their app is pretty cool as well). A recent uncomfortable visit to another branch made me realize that I should recognize how well this branch treated me. Saleha and Nick were more than a pleasure to work with and while I did not get an opportunity to work with other staff members as much, I thought they all treated me very well as well.

On Chase website it says all locations have notaries. This is blatantly untrue, and after calling five different branches this was the only one who had a notary. However it is hard to get a hold of the notary. I’ve called several times to ask when they come in and if I can make an appointment. Each time I’m told a generic “11 or 12 tomorrow.” And I’m not allowed to make an appointment. Then I come in at 11:30 and am told by a woman named Janelle that the notary has banking appointments until 3pm with real clients. What is the difference between me (a banking client) and a “real client” and why was I not allowed the make an appointment? Very frustrating overall experience.
