chase used to be excellent. but now they cancel accounts and reduce credit for no reason. also cold call you to invest in nonsense investment. such a shame a good company changed to lowlife antics do better

I had an appointment this morning at 9am to open a business checking account. I was greeted promptly at 9am and met with Mohammed Mannan who was great! He explained all of my options based on what I was looking for to make sure that he offered the right products/services. The entire process was easy and super simple (At least on my end lol) and I couldn't be happier with how everything went. Everyone that I interacted with while there today was in a good mood and it definitely helped start my day on a positive note. Keep up the great work guys!

Most incompetent business branch I have interacted with. Nothing solved in person, point you to call customer service to wait for hours and them to say the local branch should be able to solve your issues and they can't help over the phone. Chase has zero customer service and is a terrible option for any small business or personal banking needs.
