I like this Chase for ATM use. It seems clean and safe with many of their modern ATM's. If you are not familiar with the newer Chase ATM's, they can dispense 100's, 20's 10's and 5's. I love that! The neighborhood is nice and feels very safe. I will walk a few extra blocks to use this Chase and again, I love being able to get 100's and 5's etc!
Genuinely awful experience, met with complete animosity. I had to call their corporate hotline to ask for information regarding a process that we have performed countless times and complain about the service that one of my employees received today. Corporate had the exact answer that I was looking for, proving that they lied to us about the transaction and did not even try. I'm so happy that they are not our primary account holders for my company anymore.
Everyone here is very friendly and polite - one of the best Chase branches :)
This is the worst chase branch. Avoid. Like entering the dmv. In fact I would rather wait in line at the dmv then deal with this group. They don't take mortgages on BPC apartments. They dispense 100s from atms then won't change your funds into 20s at the teller. Fees fees fees. Get out of BPC! Another dry cleaners would even be better.
Great Branch but horrible investment banker, has no clue about the market his main interest is just to get your money so his portfolio looks good but not to manage it.
