Beautiful Chase branch in downtown Manhattan. I plan to come here more often for fast service.

I recently moved to the country on an L1B visa and needed to open a bank account. Many people recommended Chase Bank, and after conducting my own research, I was impressed with what I found. Although this branch is not very close to my apartment, it had excellent reviews. I’m thrilled with the service I received at this location. Matthew Stack assisted me with opening my bank account and obtaining my first debit and credit cards. He was highly professional and dedicated to his work. I highly recommend giving him a raise and a promotion!

You must make an appointment for any in person Chase bank needs with Jason Bencivenga and John Mendez. They helped sort a difficult and scary identity theft experience for me; and were gracious, patient, kind and considerate throughout the whole process. Jason followed up multiple times over email and phone to check in and advocated for my case for a month. I felt totally supported and taken care of through every step of this nightmare situation because of working with both Jason and John. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, to them both!

They make unrecognized transactions for you and they say they can't give you back the money, when one was not even the one who used it, proceeding to be the claims minutes after seeing the transactions and now they tell me that they can't give me back the money.

Shoutout to Kafi, the bank teller who helped me today :) Had a great experience working with her, and she was super friendly even though I came right on lunch hour (so people were starting to queue up)
