This 5 stars is for Shazan! He was so helpful and managed to help me solve the issue. He had patience to answer all of my questions and guide me through the correct process. He was not judgemental and he was polite and very professional! Thank you very much Shazan for helping me! 😁

I came in to branch today and I’ve never received better customer service from a bank. Natasha was UNBELIEVABLE and was able to help me sort everything I needed to without any waiting around. Natasha - you’ve truly restored my faith in Barclays Bank - THANK YOU!

I visited the Mosley St branch yesterday to sort an important banking transaction. Sunia I have to say did an amazing job. She had a really lovely committed attitude to helping - and with a big smile when we managed to get it all sorted - thanks so much!

But apparently the bank staff we
