Extremely unhappy, waste of my time and did not hold up to what they guaranteed. I was contacted by TD after starting a new 3 year fixed mortgage that I was eligible for the cash back reward. They booked me for an appointment into the bank that I just had to change over my mortgage payments and open an account with them. Upon leaving they ensured me I would have NO issues and receive the money within 60 days , I contacted them after when I had not received the money and they told me I was not eligible. I stated that they contacted me for this I did not even reach out to them, I took time off work to attend the appointment and was given a guarantee by both the individual I had the appointment with and the mortgage advisor I would receive the money. Very disappointed in this service, in addition now they keep calling me to set up more accounts and when I state what happen they say they will look into it and get back to me but never follow up. On Monday Nov 24,2025 between 1:30 pm - 2:00 pm I received best service, I was transferring money from TD to Quest trade to buy stocks. The young teller did everything for me. She was knowledgable and easy to deal with, unlike ATB.

I went in for a mortgage deferral because my union is on strike. The employee filed the paperwork but then concluded the meeting by trying to convince me to to transfer my etf with another institution to a TD MUTUAL FUND which has a predatory interest rate and it felt incredibly sleazy. Read the room buddy people can't afford groceries right now. If you think I'm letting another financial institution leech off my retirement savings when I'm literally here trying to make ends meet you have lost touch with reality. Assuming you can take advantage of people's financial illiteracy is really disgusting.

I had a fantastic experience at this TD branch thanks to Valentine. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile that instantly made me feel welcome. Even though it was just ten minutes before closing, he showed no signs of rushing or impatience. Valentine took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and with genuine enthusiasm. His knowledge and professionalism were immediately apparent, and he made what could have been a stressful visit feel easy and stress-free. It’s rare to encounter someone so upbeat and willing to help, especially at the end of a long workday. He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed before leaving. I truly appreciated his calm, friendly demeanor and the way he explained things so clearly. It’s people like Valentine who make a lasting impression and reflect positively on the whole branch. I walked out feeling grateful and impressed by the level of service I received.

Had a great experience meeting with Peter Dela Cruz at this branch. He was able to assist with all of my banking needs & was very patient with explaining the processes to me. I will definitely be coming back to this branch again for my future banking needs. Thanks!
