The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a bank. I paid off a car loan early as the branch instructed me the day of how much was due to be paid. I took out a bank draft, delivered it to this branch, the teller and assistant branch manager said the loan was cleared and the account closed. Only to find out roughly 4 months later the bank got the pay out wrong by a few dollars and my perfect credit score plummeted because of consistent delinquency alerts being applied to my credit from this loan I paid off. No notices. The worst experience I have ever had with a bank.

Even though we were told 3 times, we are allowed to have a portion of $12000 bank draft, we deposited in a new account bc I could not use my old, they are still holding onto it. We called customer service 3 times and they said there should not be a problem to get a portion, this branch completely refuses. Between this branch and the last branch that didn't refund me $100 I was frauded of, I am sick of this bank and the rules that keep getting worse and worse the longer I have my account with this company. I can understand a cheque, but a bank draft ...what is point!? Also why does it take 7 business days for one Edmonton bank to verify a money draft from another Edmonton bank. The worst part is they treat me like I am trying to rip them off, when customer service on the phone says there is no reason you should not be able to get a portion back, but THE BRANCH put 7 business day hold on it. even though the teller also told us we would get $1000 back.

Set up an appointment with Kedir to discuss transferring options for my mortgage as it was up for renewal with a different bank. Went to the branch at the time of meeting and no one was there. There was one guy in far corner office who was on phone. He looked at me and just went back to looking at his computer. No response, signal or anything. walked out after several minutes of waiting

I deposited a bank draft at this location and I was told by the bank that made up the draft that it was certified and I should have been able to cash it that day, but when I came to this bank, the teller told me that I could only get a portion of it, which I would have been fine with, but then after I deposited it I was told they put a 10-day hold on my money and I wouldn't have access to even the small portion of it they promised me! The teller was also very flippant and seemed to find it amusing that I don't have access to my money.

I had just moved into my apartment, but before I had moved into my apartment, I had to physically go to the property management's office and fill out the paperwork, so we had already sent the bank for the payment of my first month's rent, but then a few days later, I had seen a plus payment, so I thought it was one of the loan company who had paid me, so I used that money for the moving company, because at the Sentinel Storage, they had given me a time and a date to remove my belongings, so I couldn't wait for AISH any longer, after I had gotten everything moved, I had called AISH, and they told me that the doctors note wasn't good enough so they wouldn't approved for the moving company. I didn't realize that the plus money that got returned to me was my rent payment, so the real problem lies within the banks.
