TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM 12018 104 Avenue Northwest North Central Edmonton

This branch used to be excellent, but in the last 3 years it has been plagued with inexperienced staff, long lineups, and understaffed tills. Every time I’ve had a card sent to the branch and been told I’d get a call when it was in, they’ve not bothered to call me. The 2 stars are for the friendliness of the staff, and their desire to be helpful, but a minimum 20-30 minute wait every time I need to set foot in the branch no matter what day or time of day it is needs to be addressed, not just placated with a generic automated Google reviews response about “sharing your feedback with the team.” They charge high enough fees that we deserve better.

Mariam is by far one of the best employees I have ever dealt with at a bank, providing a customer service experience that is second to none. I have been to this branch many times and from both my in person observations and looking at other reviews it is clear she is carrying the branch! Hopefully TD Bank can give this employee the recognition and further opportunities she deserves.

I’ve been a TD customer for nearly 20 years, and since moving near this branch I’ve had nothing but negative experiences. My experience echoes many of the complaints other reviewers have mentioned. My biggest issue is consistently receiving wrong, incomplete, or minimal information from staff. TD has been pushing “More human” as a slogan lately, but every interaction I’ve had with representatives connected to this branch has felt like the opposite. At the time of writing, the replies to reviews for this branch also come across as automatically generated. There was a time when I felt like I could speak with a TD advisor and they would have my back. Now I just feel exploited.

FIVE STARS FOR NASEEM GHANI!! Naseem was really helpful!! He was patient and knowledgeable in assisting me when I needed clarifications on some banking issues.

Blonde hair manager lady (I'm assuming she's one) seemed scatterbrained and she was rude and freaking out at customers. Tried to fix my name on my e-transfer profile to match my new one on my banking info and she was absolutely clueless and told me to call the helpline even though I already called them beforehand and they told me to visit a branch in person. If you work at a bank of all places you should know what you're doing 🤷🏻‍♂️
