No one is picking the phone . Are they even working ?
Called many times and no one picked up so had to go in person to ask a simple question. Not too big of a hassle since I was able to get there fast but when I got there no one was at the booths and tellers seemed to just be chatting with each other
How does a working girl EVER VISIT THIS BANK when it is only open during the hours that people work???? 9am-5pm?????????? and closed weekends!!!! this bank is for losers.
Sent my son here yesterday to cash his check from his job. Teller then told him he couldn’t cash the check and told him to go to his credit union. The check was from SDP which banks with Wells Fargo so I’m not understanding why he couldn’t get the check cashed there?? With the proper form of Id that was needed? He also wanted to open an account. Didn’t know you turned new accounts? SMH
