Honestly, I love this place. Everyone was so nice to me when I lost my card and was being such a big baby about it. Lauren helped me out and she was so nice and it was literally a Saturday so that made me feel extra good and the big teller was also a really sweet young man

Very formal and very clean setting....the staff are friendly and professionally attired and demeanor....a very nice location in Rittenhouse Square...walkable and drivable however parking is a challenge in this high traffic area. Otherwise, a very nice looking recently renovated bank.

I’m not surprised this location has a rating of 2.8 stars—it’s well-deserved. I visited today to deposit two checks and was refused one because the teller claimed it was made out to a business. I explained that it was not made out to a business, and I do not own a business, LLC, or Inc. My name was on the check, with "Music" written after it (no Inc., LLC, etc). I’ve deposited similar checks without issue at other branches and or through mobile deposit. Instead of helping me find a solution, the teller simply turned me away. This experience is really the last straw for me with Wells Fargo. The customer service here lacks a solution-focused approach, and the inconsistency between branches sets a frustrating expectation. I’m seriously considering moving my accounts elsewhere.

Made an appointment to send a first wire out of a new account (which can only be done in a branch) Was turned away when I arrived, as they are too busy. Not sure why they didn’t call me or why they allowed the appointment to be made in the first place. The branch manager told me I should be able to do this online, but he is clearly mistaken. Very disappointing customer service and totally inconvenient.
