Seriously I’ve been to other branches. I mean It’s fine. However going to this particular branch was a great experience. All women and all very accommodating and friendly. This is rare. I won’t be bothering to go anywhere else. ANYMORE. 5 stars!!!!

Wow! What a wonderful and beautiful experience with the bank staffs. I had an investment issue with my bank and the way the bank staffs accommodated me was a bit wholesome and I left that day SATISFIED.

Worst branch I have been to across the country. Both branch manager and the blond teller are miserable, condescending and unhelpful. I couldn’t get money from my bank account because teller didn’t like it that I had out of state DL and refused service and branch manager couldn’t care less to help. Both of them should not be working in a bank as they seem very discriminatory towards who they decide to serve.

Had the pleasure of working with Gyunaisha to authorize a transfer. It has been a hassle getting this situated. From the moment I walked in the door, the atmosphere was friendly and accommodating. I went in without an appointment hoping they could squeeze me in, and that they did. Polite, efficient, knowledgable, and easy are how I would describe my experience and the staff.

this office branch is horrible! they have several people sitting and talking and only b one teller! something needs to be done. i’m dealing with a business account and we’re looking to move our accounts. this is unacceptable.
