Wells Fargo Bank Ste 150 2005 Market Street

dysfunctional cosplay bank - tile clad shoebox with an unhelpful guy in gaming headphones checked fully out. company policies that seem to intentionally make things difficult - requiring people to go in person to do legal name change when literally every single other company (banks, utilities,…) can do it online. then you go in person and get this goofy fake bank. absurd. will be glad to close this account.

I came in to get some personal checks. The staff was very friendly, including the security guard who greeted me when I walked in. There was no line and I spoke with a bank teller named Michelle who was very nice and helpful. She helped me get the checks I needed and everything was handled with great customer service!

The guys that work here are friendly, but every time I get quarters here I end up with a few Canadian quarters or most recently a nickel in place of quarters. I get too many rolls at a time to open them all up in front of them. Not breaking my bank, but still quite frustrating.

This is the worst location and I have a bad experience today all of them doesn't have any respect for the customer full of attitude and ego to get check it took me more than one hour I believe its because of my skin color even though I have business account with them the past 7 years. The person on the front desk his name is ROBERT FREDA ....he literally told me to go to different location to get service just because if I was asking him it's late is shame on Wells Fargo to have that kind of personality on the front desk no we will move our business to another bank . Place empty, 5 employees "working", but I have to make an appointment or come back later? I have been with this bank for years. Have multiple accounts there. Wanted to open a savings acct. Wonder if I need an appt to close all my accts?
