Hassle free process, i went there to close my loan, seeing all these reviews i was concerned whether my process complete or not But Mr. Chiranjeevi sir helped me to close my loan, process was smooth and he took not more than 10minutes

I rarely visit a bank in these digital days. However , kotak mahindra made me visit and that too to this main branch in hyderabad. 1.First of all, why can't you provide an option to close personal loan online through your app , when the disbursement process is online? You want customer to suffer enough or take longer time to visit main branch during weekends (and mind you the back end team is not available on 1st or 2nd Saturday) .or are you greedy for the interest for those days delayed by customer becuase of all this process? 2. Yes , there was an option to close loan by calling their customer care, but its not that easy either, after waiting for almost 15 mins of their annoying ivr voice i finally got connected to their CSR and then he transferred to loan department. And the first question I was asked was, "what is the reason for closing the loan ? !! " .. what kind of question is this.. should I give reason for closing the loan as well ? . Useless fellows, they will use abusive language, Santosh,harika these persons don't have basic common sense I missed credit card payment for 2months due to some financial issues. This is the way kotak bank somaji guda people deal with.. They send Fake Otps and Fake IVRS ..They sell your information to call centres for calling. Don't prefer kotak mahindra bank

Located at Somajiguda X roads, As per Banking is considered Here Facilities are very Good. Facilities: 1) Cash Deposit Machine + ATM 2)Passbook Print Machine 3) Aadhar Seva Kendra For Updating our Aadhar card , This Bank has facilitates to update Aadhar card but for getting our Turn it takes Almost 30-45Mins for 1 person. Bank Staff Guides customers in a Respectable manner.

Worst service by any bank i have never seen. My sister has bought phone VIVO in EMI . FOR financial reasons i have not paid 2 EMI . BUT teller caller are continuously calling. The female telle callers are speaking very vulgar language by send voice messages in WhatsApp by one time view . I want to say that we are going to complaint this issue in my near by police station on the tele caller who has been speaking bad words and vulgar language. I request manager or head of the department should contact us with in few days . Or else im going to the action through legally. The issue is with KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK FINANCE SOMAJIGUDA .
