One of the worst banking services I've experienced. I requested an address update three months ago, and despite multiple follow-ups, it's still not done. Recently, I requested a passbook, and for the past two weeks, they keep telling me to "come tomorrow." This has happened repeatedly, and there is no accountability. Extremely disappointed with their inefficiency and lack of customer support.

Today I went to submit 15G form for my FD. Staff on the bank don't know how to fill it. They insist me do it by using mobile app. When it's not work, simple said Please check after 1 hour. May the server is not working.

a) the location marked on Google maps is wrong; I've submitted edits but the maps team doesn't correct it. b) poor customer experience. local staff make/offer basic commitments and don't follow up. This is true for their 'privilege program' customers as well. Easier to open an account and rely entirely on what's been enabled for online banking.

Such a wrost experience from bank team they dono how to process a account which is blocked and simply wasted my time in roaming for 8 days after all I reached my home branch balanaar they sorted it said how banjarahills team are fooling customers and with their time no use of keeping 365 days open when their is no 100% work happen form bank ...... and the manager of branch only required big amount issue to be sorted out instead regular customer can take pain for opening a account and using it ........they don't even understand the what situation customer is going on they simply make customer a idiot 😡

Worst services. Takes a lot of time for even simple things like cash withdrawl or deposits. Had to wait 40mins for a small amount even when there were only 2 more customers. Have been to other indusind banks as well. The services there are far better than this branch.
