no one have full knowldge about personal loan and credit dept also ,every one think i know all i know everything but they dont anything.most of the employes came with recomendation only i also faced issue with personal loan dept .and credit card dept daily getting 100 calls if i have work no one responding the calls not getting calls seriously stupid services they are providing .kindly take full knowldge employess one emply writing exam inthe frent desk she is copying the answers and past i aksed what u r doing she told writing exams then why u doing like this ?she told me every one doing exams like this only .so how theya re providing proper information with knowldge?

Very worst expereince, no proper response, every one behave like boss. since 10 days i am trying to activate my blocked account, without informing me they blocked my account. Since 14 years i can the customer of HDFC, I have taken so many loans and schemes. But no value to the customer. I am staying out of station, no proper contact to the branch, no response to the emails. Very very very bad expereince. They should have direct contactr numbers. Like credit card department and loan department like this.

I want really upset about bank manager raju he is not a human I explained him about my problem my account was frozen please unfreeze my account I have many problems in home I need money unfortunately my salary credited in that account I told him that explained him very clearly then also he did not respond it's almost 3 weeks no response from bank unfortunately I got a message regarding about about bank feedback then I wrote what happen with me in that bank then with in one day I got about feedback c this is happen when it's word came about him he responded but when I am facing this much pain still he not responding this is bad behaviour of bank manager raju and Radhe Shyam....wrost service....

Worst experience , since two days I visited this branch for Opening salary account and for insurance , nobody is responding and Mr Rajendar is take care of salary account opening . He is not responding properly.
