The worst bank to deal with, neither the staff nor the chief manager know any of the rules written and do not follow the EBI guidelins

I am a 41 year old woman hold account in 3 banks 2 nationalised and one private sector bank. Yesterday due to an emergency situation I need some cash, this branch was closer to my house. Less than 500 mts. This is not my home branch, but i hold an SB account and Current account with kvb from almost 15 years. I requested for atleast 50000 rs cash and all I got was a careless, rude and reckless reply from the lady sitting next to the cash counter. She was extremely rude. Even Nationalised bank employees never behaved this rudely. Private banks are known for their courtesy but this lady has 0 courtesy. Very bad experience. I hope someone sees this review and gives her a tight warning. Show a little respect to the customers. Thank you.
