I have mixed feelings with the bank and its staff. One guy who goes above and beyond his duties is Imran. I was chasing 4-5 people for one issue for 4 months, nothing happened. Then comes Imran into the picture who worked for the resolution and understanding my concern. within 5 days, he came up with a solution which his higher management couldn't do it over months of time.All this happened over a phone call. This shows your dedication towards work and customers. Kudo to Imran....
