This branch employees are so friendly they treat me like they family member specially. Shirisha mam (counter no 7 ) she was doing her work with good effort.
Short of Staff.The average waiting time to with draw money 20 mnts. Any other service you have to spare good amount of time. I have been a customer since 1995.Cannot close my Account because of Sentiment.Cant help it
Always disappointed on making SWIFT transfer for studying daughter since 2020. They took 5 days or more in two trials and other occassion requested better to try from remote village ,which was effectively doing SWIFT on same day ( 13 SWIFT done by VIJAYA BANK TORANAGALLU, KARNATAKA simply over phone call). So only two Swift was possible from Syndicate Bank cum Canara Bank HBD and latest just now again it is already 48 hours passed that Can Forex is sleeping over application. ALWAYS WITH EXCUSES AND PRE INFO OR REQUEST IS INEFFECTIVE. Afraid seriously for collage fee remittance by SWIFT as I can't beg excuses with UK universities as Canbank begs reasoning.

Useful branch of Canara bank in Abids road. Service is not good. They can't process Internet banking application also. Made me come multiple times for this. There is ATM as well.
