I submitted my Aadhar card copy, pan copy and filled closing account form to close the account on 30th August 2025 and the account is still on closed. First of all the branch is hard to locate. Somehow found the branch from google. When I called them, they won't answer the phones. I tried calling from within the bank to see if the phone number works or not because it was hard to locate the bank and the phone rings but nobody answers. I traveled all the way to hyderabad to close the bank account and when I called customer service they tell it's still active even after 1 week of submitting the forms. Pathetic bank I have ever seen in my whole life.

I tried to contact koti branch land line is getting disconnected 3 times I have called 2 time picked by women and third by men .phone line no good .they didn't even bother to call mee no good customer service
