These bank employees are lazy and the customer does not respond properly and coustmer responds correctly service is low in karur bank empoyees jaynagara branch and this bank service process is bad

Worst ever bank experience..... Saving bank account amount keeps fluctuating. First they said it's 5k and we said we need that 5k balance as last 2 days back my relatives open account and they were okay to open with 5k balance and they processed and now within no time dnt how come they Stopped .stating that product is not anymore and then tells 10k and now in a day time it changes to 25 k for saving account. I literally did not understand what type of account did they try to open. No transperancy at all. In case if any changes on openings balance nothing on notice board it's still reflecting as 1000 only.... worst staff and they themselves dnt knw bank changes which are mandatory for them.

Very unprofessional staff are working here.. I am getting continuous SMS for Fastag ReKYC & ReKYV . I have submitted all the documents on 13-Jun-2025 to Ms.Meenakshi who was there at Front desk. She informed me that by 16- Jun-25 i will get an OTP &call for verification. I have not received any information/intimation/update till date. I visited the branch again today and enquired. She handed over the application to the next desk and asked him to process. There is no concrete information for process delay..unless I visited the branch, I would have not been aware about the status. Finally the next desk person has completed within 8 minutes ..Is the way to provide customer service? Please think before visiting this branch.. Very disappointed...

Very good bank and we hav our accounts here for more than 10 years and it's very safe

My first visit to this Showroom cum service centre @ Jayanagar for General check up and changing with a new Battery. Both Mr. Siddhappa & Mr. Jaya Prakash were cordial. Quite impressed with Mr. Jaya Prakash, Technical person for his quick service support ... Best Wishes
