The worst service ever !! I went to deposit my cash which had a few old, damaged notes and knew wouldn't be accepted by the deposit machine, which is why I went to the cash counter. Prior to that, I did go to the Kiosk to enter the details of the cash deposit. On reaching the Cash counter, the most arrogant cashier said she won't accept it and asked me to talk to the Deputy BM - who was never there. The BM told me the same thing, not even ready to see my damaged notes. While I support digitalization and automation, there's a line to draw - if you don't accept cash deposit, disable the functionality on your own Kiosk. While I wasted my time to enter these details at the Kiosk, later you reject the service: How Ridiculous!! Yes I did raise my voice to tell them it's unfair and stupid to let others at the Bank know. Mind you, it's the 3rd time in recent past, where their service has been hopeless. If they want and support so much automation, they better quit their jobs and sit at home th

Worst customer service .. have provided KYC three times and application for RBI money withdrawal but they lost paperwork everytime .. they would not respond to any communication.. This time there was a person called ######. she said we will sort it out all but nothing and now not even responding .. ICICI is just the worst ...

I hold an account since 1999-2000. Now my wife and son too have accounts there. Thinking strongly of closing and moving to another bank. Sorry if I’m generalising on the basis of my experience at this branch. According to me SBI is the worst bank and ICICI is not far behind.

It's fine. Had to make a quick deposit.Don't like the sales pitch. But, all branches are like that. They really need to look into gender clocking. Front desk should address based on gender presentation and not on what's on document. But that's a long way to go. But much better than what's in US.

They had put lien on my account for a double transaction i made just by mistake ,to release my money back they are still investigating from 45 days now...neither call center give proper information nor the branch manager responds to call...very bad experience.
