Dont take Home loan here and repent later. The customer support is very poor and they will literally harass customers after taking loan. No professionalism and they will not respond even if you escalate the issue by emails. Better go to other Banks which has good customer support. People who take loan here will have lot of issues.
Worst branch. I am behind them for the last 2 months for my husband's death claim (to close his own accounts and transfer the amount to nominee) even after giving all documents corretly.. Simply dragging the case without any reason. Every time when i call them, the answer is "i will call you after 10 mins". But i never get a call from them
They mint more money from customers using loopholes and pretend to provide resolutions., it's like Ponzi scheme well planned. too slow, too many mistakes, too many excuses which really tests patience of customer. Process is not well defined. Too many follows ups required, support mails provided won't respond. Online services are very limited. Structure is not well defined. Not recommended for any banking service including loans. Worst thing is there is no one you can contact to resolve any issue related to banking.

Worst bank service ever.. they made us to wait for more than 3 hours for gold loan process.. they dont have resposiblities..
