Good experience. Got my kyv done for Fastag. Bank employee explained about all required documents. I wasn't carrying all xerox and print outs so he provided email id for providing soft copies. Got the work done in 15 minutes.
The place which can make you feel complicated when the procedure is simple . Try to get 2 hr leisure for any simple solutions. I don't know why all the useless inefficient staff who are paid very well are found only in nationalized banks. Is this happening only for me?
Bank reputation will get spoiled due to The lady staff soujanya . She is very rude with customers and communication is really very faster so that we cant able to understand .felt very bad about her Attitude
Horrible experience, they are still working in old style banking. They require physical Xerox id proof for taking DD and they don't even help with copier if you have originals. first and last visit.
