Had a very bad experience with the team at this branch not just once but twice. Tried adding a joint account holder name and they made us go through this lengthy process (which takes upto almost half a day) not just once but twice.. once in 2023 and once now recently but with no success. They did not even have the courtesy to let us know via email why there is a delay in adding the name. Recently got to know that a service request to add the joint holder name was not even generated. Utterly disappointed with their services. IMO I would give the most least rating as I am not at all happy with the services at this particular branch. Please do employ knowledge people at this branch.

Namesake bank it is when you need they don’t come forward and help you. I was assigned sanchitha jain as my relationship manager , when I tried reaching her, she hardly responded. I reached her for opening of current account. She responds after a day saying initial funding is 2 lakh. And that response from her was after continuous pings. Completely unprofessional. A request to all that please avoid this women icici bank Jeevan bhim nagar branch as it will not help you for business accounts

Worst and an annoying experience.Terrible branch manager, who spoke in a rude manner, almost an useless deputy manager.The thing which made me feel so bad was, they made my mother senior citizen wait for more than one hour to just get my dad's deceased account closed.its just a minimum balance maintained account and for which they are not accepting even self attested and notarised proofs and wants everything original.After a long wait my mom didn't get any proper care or treatment by the BM and they handed over the forms and debit card to her in a lethargic manner.They say they follow a process, seriously! now a customer can full sweep withdraw cash from the ATM and leave the account without closing.God save this bank. BM before he supports his staff ensure he learns the basic knowledge of treating especially senior citizen customers properly, have patience to hear them out and also how a bank documents has to be taken care in the counter.It will lead to credibility issue then.

Irresponsible people. I had given an application to close my demat account. They even gave acknowledgement with SR number. but still it is not closed. Now I'm charged 900 rupees as demat charges. My home is pretty far from this branch and can't visit often to check the status. Such negligence towards customers.
